Managing Orders

To be able to manage your orders, you need to log in to your account from the website and click on the Orders page on the left column.

There you will be able to see all orders you have and break them down according to their status (“Draft”, “Pending”, “Ready”, and “Fixing”).

You can easily see the following details for each order: status, product type, address, date when the order has been created, and email address of the user who has done the scan, or if it’s a draft order the name of the user who the draft has been assigned to.

You can create a draft order by clicking on the Create Order button and following the steps described in this article.
