I would like to have metric/imperial measurements on my floor plans

You can change your measurements to your preferred units by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account from the website
  2. Click on the Settings button on the left side of your screen
  3. Click on the Styling tab
  4. Select the template you would like to update
  5. Select the unit you want to use
  6. Scroll down and click on save

You can select the unit you would like to see on your floor plans. There are three options:

  • Metric: If you select this unit you will get your floor plans in metric, for example, 2.5m x 1.8m
  • Imperial: If you select this unit you will get your floor plans in imperial (feet and inches), for example, 7’6″ x 3’4″
  • Both: If you select this unit you will get your floor plans in both units, metric and imperial.

All your new floor plans will have the new unit. If you already have a plan, and you want to make any styling changes to it, you just need to follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Orders on your left side
  2. Select the order you want to change
  3. Click on the button saying “Use another style” on the top right of your floor plan
  4. On the pop-up, select the template you would like to use from the drop-down list
  5. Click on the button saying “Change Style”

After you have followed the steps above, you will get a message saying “The order is being rendered. We will inform you via email upon completion”. After a couple of minutes you will be able to download your floor plan normally.
